5. Rights of Data Subjects Under Article 11 of the Law
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, every data subject may apply to Punya by notarised notice or in person with identification to:
- Learn whether personal data is being processed
- Request information if personal data has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with its purpose
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the conditions of Article 7 of the Law
- Request notification of correction/deletion to third parties
- Object to a result arising from analysis of data exclusively by automated systems
- Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
Applications will be responded to within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days.
